The Minnesota Governor just tried to play the victim.

Tim Walz says he’s “heartbroken” to learn that Congresswoman Ilhan Omar is guilty of transporting millions in cash across the Canadian border as part of the massive Minnesota Medicaid fraud case.

“I guess she fooled us all,” Walz said. “I’m extremely disappointed.”

Then he refused to take any questions from reporters — right after sources revealed he allegedly received a large kickback to allow those exact cash transactions in the first place.

Looks like he’s not all that disappointed… since he hasn’t been caught.

Yet.

Leavitt didn’t flinch.
