Accountability ratings are very controversial and debated in terms of validity. But I see your point on that. Not sure it’d change the charts much in an equitable way.

Experience: A person has 30 years of teaching experience and 5 years admin. Then, a person has 15 years experience admin at a school but not teaching in experience. Which has more “experience?”
