@TMobile Well this doesn't really matter as a T-mobile customer when you want to up my monthly bill. You posted record subscriber adds and significant profit increases, but gotta charge me an extra $15 a month for not wanting to give you direct, unsecured access to my bank.
Your website doesn’t list hours and when I call in your phone super system just says to call back during our business hours, but doesn’t give business hours. @FedExHelp
