@Breaking911 The cop jumping into the car put his own life at risk and in jeopardy and I have never seen that be a part of any standard training. Supposed to pursue the vehicle, not jump inside. Cop had a mission to kill someone that day, he could’ve used taser or only shot once.

What I’m questioning is their response in rendering medical attention to the dying girl in the car after shooting her. Had that been an officer, response would’ve been diff
