@Thomasjbarkoski 2558 since beginning of August. This number is approx 400 short as we tape Varsity Football on the sidelines most weeks/I'm too busy to remind them to scan the QR code. We use a google form with 2 ipads in the training room. Sign-in is required for EVERYTHING!
@thelatinotaco I hate the modality that any athlete walks in requesting. Let me do my job and determine the proper modality for the issue at hand. Each modality serves a purpose and while I prefer to leave some in the toolbox, sometimes a specific modality is just what you need.
Yesterday @BataviaFootball came over to ask how much time they had before severe weather would be in the area. 15 min later I made the call to pull @bataviagrlstnns off. Minutes after, tornado sirens went off. Be proactive, not reactive. #ATSafeFB@ILAthTrainers

1. HYDRATE: Hydrate early and often. Do NOT skip water breaks!
2. EAT: Make sure you're fueling your body. Do NOT skip meals!
