Igra node operators and attesters: Mainnet Toccata (KIP-21) node upgrade is here!

Two phases, both required.

Phase one, now: please pull v3.0 and move the backend (kaspad/reth) to 3.0, workers stay on 2.3 (see full guide below). Safe to run today and through the fork, so do it early. A node still on the old backend at activation falls off the chain and stalls.
Activation at fixed Kaspa DAA score, estimated around June 30. We'll signal when it's crossed.

Phase two, after activation: upgrade the workers to 3.0. This is mandatory for writes to function properly, especially for attesters. Don't enable early either, only once you're confirmed past the boundary.

Attesters: it is recommended to pause attestations before applying phase 2.

So why is it constantly dropping in value?
