I felt like i have taken a good decision to stick on to @Dhiraagu . @OoredooMaldives is too complicated. Though dhiraagu charge something more, still easy to access. Ooredoo CS close after 12 till 8. And chat agent gives a link and ask to log in. Bad experience.
When refund is requested from @MaldivianAero, 50% cancellation charged. Meaning though the passenger doesn’t travel, they just go a ticket sale for that particular ticket. If they charge a small amount for administration would be fine, but half of 1574? What a shame.
@IndiGo6E and @KochiAirport didn’t help an 89 years old man with feeding bag set. He had to literally walk in Kochi departure terminal as the service team wasn’t able to offer special assistance even asked for few times, which they provided for locals. Bad Experience 😡
@MaldivianAero if you cant do this in a better way, than stop this shit. 40 mins now after boarding, still on ground, crew said that they are loading luggage, who has to take responsibility of it when we miss the ferry??
@MAS Its not my first time traveling, so i also know how it works. Your reply seems to teach me how it works than listening to a customer. I had my boarding pass and luggage tag printed, and they printed it all again!
In Jakarta International Airport, did online check in for @MAS , got the boarding passes and luggage tag, still have to wait in a long queue for check in again. #Malaysiaairline
@MAS Check your staff in charge there on that day, as per him, due to some reason everyone has to go through the normal process of check in. Its a common thing to have a baggage drop of counter at the airport check in, MAS did not have baggage drop off on that day for sure.
@MAS You are absolutely correct and i fully understand that. I think the idea of online check in is to avoid long queues and the hassle, i don’t think anyone would do the online check in if they knew they have to wait for the regular process.

Trying to call @mibmv CS number since this morning, however, wasn’t able to go beyond 2nd place of the queue. Surprisingly after 17 minutes of being in 2nd in the queue, call gets disconnected automatically. Very disappointing service!!
