Foreign Minister Osman Saleh gave, today, a briefing on Ethiopia's unprovoked acts of aggression and its geopolitical ambitions to the Diplomatic Community in Asmara.

In his extensive briefing, FM Osman elaborated, with substantive details and evidences:
- the Ethiopian regime's repetitive and provocative pronouncements - by senior Prosperity Party political and military officials - for three long years on their belligerent strategy for acquiring "sovereign access to the sea";
- these ambitions and accompanied saber-rattling constituted a declaration of war against Eritrea in flagrant breach of the UN Charter and relevant provisions that prohibit the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity and political independence of any UN Member State;
- the Prosperity Party regime continued to provide sanctuary, as well as military and logistical support, to an assortment of inconsequential opposition groups;
- the regime was further engaged in proxy military activities that fuel regional conflicts and exacerbate instability in the Horn of Africa.

ርእሰ ዓንቀጽ : “ሃሪሙኒ በኽዩ፡ ቀዲሙኒ ከሲሱ”

ኣብ ዝሓለፈ መዓልታት፡ ሚኒስትሪ ጉዳያት ወጻኢ ኢትዮጵያ፡ ንኤርትራ ብወራር ግዝኣት ኢትዮጵያ ብምኽሳስ፡ “እዚ ዘይምኽኑይ ወራር ንዞባዊ ሰላምን ጸጥታን ኣብ ሓደጋ ከውድቖ ከም ዝኽእል” ኣጠንቂቑ። “ሃሪሙኒ በኽዩ፡ ቀዲሙኒ ከሲሱ” ዝብሉኹም፡ ከም’ዚ ዓይነት ስልበጣ’ዩ።

እዚ ክሲ’ዚ መሰረት ከም ዘይብሉን እቲ ሓቂ በንጻሩ ምዃኑን ዘነጽር ድሙቕ ሓቅታት ክንጠቅስ፦

1. ኢትዮጵያ ኣብ ልዕሊ ኤርትራ ቅሉዕ ወራር ዝኣወጀት፡ ቀዳማይ ሚኒስተራ ብ13 ጥቅምቲ 2023 - ቅድሚ ሰለስተ ዓመታት - ንፓርላማ ኣብ ዘስመዖ መደረ፡ “እንተተኻኢሉ ብዘተ፡ ኣድላዪ ምስ ዝኸውን ድማ ብሓይሊ፡ ልኡላዊ መስኮት ባሕሪ ክንውንን ኢና” ክብል ዝገለጸሉ ዕለት’ዩ።

2. መንግስቲ ኤርትራ ብ16 ጥቅምቲ 2023 ኣብ ዘውጸኦ፡ መርኣያ ነብሰ-ግትኣት ዝዀነ ቊጡብን ሓላፍነታውን ጋዜጣዊ መግለጺ፡ ከም ወትሩ - ኣብ ከም’ዚ ዝኣመሰለ መኣዲታት ከምዘይዕደም ደጊሙ ብምርግጋጽ፡ ንኹሎም ግዱሳት ከይትንኰዩ ተማሕጺኑ።

3. መራሒ ብልጽግና፡ ነቲ ዘየቋርጽ ናይ ኲናት ዘመተኡ፡ ንሰዓብቱ ኣለዓዒሉ ደገፍ ንኽረክብን ኣብ ሓንጐሉ ንዘሰላስሎ ናይ ምውራር ዓሰብ ኣጀንዳኡ ባይታ ንምጥጣሕን፡ “እስራኤል ኣብ ሮራታት ጎላን ንዝገበረቶ ወራር”፡ ኢትዮጵያ ንኤርትራ ንምውራርን ንዓሰብ ንምሓዝን ከም ሓጋዚ ኣብነት ክኸውን ከምዝኽእል ገሊጹ።

4. ክንዮ’ዚ ብምኻድ’ውን፡ “ኣብ ኣብያተ-ግምጃ ካቢነ፡ ፓርላማን ካልኦትን ንናጽነት ኤርትራ ዘረጋግጽ ሕጋዊ መርትዖ ወይ ሰነድ ደልዩ ደላልዩ ከምዘይረኸበ” ብምሕባር፡ ንልኡላውነት ኤርትራ ዝነጽግ፡ ንናይ ዳግመ-መግዛእቲ ጥሙሑ ዘነጽር መደረ ኣስሚዑ።

5. እቲ ቀዳማይ ሚኒስተር ኣብ ዝረኸቦን ባዕሉ ኣብ ዝፈጠሮን ዕድላት፡ ቀንዲ ተልእኾ ሰራዊት ኢትዮጵያ፡ “ምርግጋጽን ምውሓስን ሰላም ቀይሕ ባሕሪ ካብ ጫፍ ሶማልያ ክሳብ ወደብ ባጽዕ” ማእከል ዝገበረ ምዃኑ ብወግዒ ኣፍሊጡ’ዩ።

6. ካብ’ዚ ብምብጋስ፡ ላዕለዎት ፖለቲካውያንን ወተሃደራውያንን መራሕቲ ብልጽግና፡ ኣብ ዝረኸብዎ ህዝባዊ ኣጋጣሚታት፡ “ንዝተፈጸመ ታሪኻዊ ጌጋ ክእርሙ” ከምኡ’ውን ንወደብ ዓሰብን ደቡባዊ ክፋል ገማግም ቀይሕ ባሕሪን ብሓይሊ ወሪሮም ብምሓዝ፡ ነቲ “ኣሎና” ዝብልዎ ሓይሊ ባሕሪ “ስትራተጂካዊ ዕምቈት” ከምዘውሕሱ ብዓውታ ገሊጾም’ዮም።

7. ብ27 መስከረም2026 - ቅድሚ ወርሒ ምዃኑ’ዩ፡ ምኽትል ሓለቓ ጠቕላሊ ስታፍ ሰራዊት ኢትዮጵያ፡ “ኣብ ትግራይ ተጀሚሩ ዘሎ መጥቃዕቲ፡ ኣብኡ ደው ዝብል ከምዘይኰነ” ኣፍሊጡ። ንሱ ወሲኹ፡ “መቐለ መሰጋገሪት’ያ። እታ ናይ መወዳእታ መዓርፎና ዓሰብ’ያ። ቀንዲ ዕላማና ድማ፡ ባንዴራና ኣብ ቀይሕ ባሕሪ ምትካል’ዩ።” ክብል ኣነጺሩ።

8. ዕብዳንን ሃነይነይታን ስርዓት ብልጽግና ምስ ቀይሕ ባሕሪ፡ ብመንጽር ኣብ ዝሓለፈ እዋን ዝነበረ ተንኰል ምጥቃዕን ምውራርን ኤርትራ ምርኣዩ’ውን ይከኣል’ዩ። ነዚ ድጉል ኣጀንዳኡ፡ ኣብ’ቲ እዋን’ቲ ብወግዒ ኣይደርጒሖን። የግዳስ፡ ኣብ መፋርቕ 2022 ኣብ ጅቡቲን ሲሸልስን ኣብ ዝተኻየደ ምስጢራዊ ርክባት፡ ንህዝባዊ ወያነ ሓርነት ትግራይ ኣብ’ቲ ኣብ ልዕሊ ኤርትራ ዝፍጽሞ ወራር ክትሕግዞ ክሓባብላን ክሽሕጣን ፈቲኑ ነይሩ’ዩ። ፍልይቲ ልኡኽ ሕብረት ኤውሮጳ’ውን፡ ኣብ ወርሒ መስከረም 2022 - ገለ ኣዋርሕ ቅድሚ ስምምዕ ፕሪቶርያ - ናብ ኢትዮጵያ ድሕሪ ምብጻሕ ኣብ ዝዘርግሓቶ ምስጢራዊ ሰነድ፡ ኣብ 2018 ኣብ መንጎ ኤርትራን ኢትዮጵያን ዝተገብረ ስምምዕ ሰላም “ፍሩስ” ምዃኑ ኣዊጃ’ያ። እዚ፡ ኣብ’ቲ እዋን’ቲ ኤርትራ ብዛዕብኡ ዝዀነ ኣመት ዘይነበራ፡ ዘንቀደ ውዲት’ዩ ነይሩ።

ብጥምር ዝበለ፡ ስርዓት ብልጽግና ነቲ ኣብ ልዕሊ ልኡላውነትን ግዝኣታዊ ሓድነትን ካልእ ኣባል ሃገር ሓይሊ ምጥቃም ወይ ምፍርራሕ ዝኽልክል መሰረታዊ መትከላት ኣህጉራዊ ሕግን ቻርተር ሕቡራት ሃገራትን ብምጥሓስ፡ ኣብ ልዕሊ ኤርትራ ዘይምኽኑይ ወራር ንምፍጻም ንልዕሊ ሰለስተ ዓመታት ክሰርሕ ጸኒሑ’ሎ። እዚ ሕጂ ዘካይዶ ዘሎ “ኤርትራ ግዝኣተይ ወሪራ” ዝብል ናይ ጸለመ ዘመተ ድማ፡ ካብ’ቲ “ሃሪሙኒ በኽዩ፡ ቀዲሙኒ ከሲሱ” ዝብል ምስላ ዝፍለ የብሉን።
