ある意味で、太田さんは自分の乗る２号機を道具と割り切って無茶をしてもしょうがないっていう諦めの元にあの派手なアクションがあると思う。

そもそも操縦が乱暴なのではなく、意図的に機体を破壊してでも目の前の課題の解決に全振りしてるのが太田さんなんじゃないかな？

I don't think I've ever seen a live action/film giant robot design as bad as this one. It deserves a trophy for how uninspired it is or how the designers seemed so ashamed of it being a giant combining robot.
