“First, one might consider that the Earthside retreat from Psi is something akin to protesting too much. Second, if I were an ET with highly developed Psi skills (and which might have led in the first place to the evolution of superior technology), I wouldn’t particularly want Earthsiders to develop Psi faculties. And if telepathy was an element in, say, consciousness universal, I’d soon figure out how to telepathically impregnate Earthside human consciousness with intellectual phase-locking that was detrimental to positive telepathic plus development. The reason might be very obvious. After all, what ET would want Earthside telepaths penetrating Spaceside affairs, especially, perhaps on the Moon so near to them? Thus, in this, at least, Spacesiders and Earthsiders might have something in common - the Telepathy War, won hands down so far by the Spacesiders.”

In Awareness and Perception vs Status of Individual “Realities,” Ingo points to a subtle obstacle in understanding unusual phenomena:
First we observe something difficult to explain.
Then we name it.
Then we define it.
Then we organize perception around the name.
Words are useful.
But naming can quietly redirect attention away from the phenomena and toward the conceptual framework built around it.
The label becomes familiar.
The theory becomes defendable.
The direct observation becomes secondary.
This matters because the phenomenon itself does not depend on the word assigned to it.
Any number of terms could describe the same underlying experience.
So the question becomes:
Are we studying the phenomena… or becoming increasingly attached to the language surrounding it?
Most people think they’re navigating life.
What they’re actually doing is defending a niche.
Family. Career. Beliefs. Nation. Identity.
A small safe corner of the maze.
Then Life remodels the maze without asking permission.
The relationship ends.
The market shifts.
The worldview cracks.
The institution crumbles.
Logic explains what already happened.
But what helps you sense what’s waiting around the next corner?
The ancients had a word for that:
Intuition.
Different maps.
Same maze.

Join us on Saturday to discuss the study, practice, and application of remote viewing (RV) featuring @MLeeHearron and @ZaraRView!
In The Nostradamus Factor, Ingo came to a simple understanding: the future is felt through human perception itself... by all of us.
Wishing you a year of clear seeing, awakened knowing, and awareness. ✨
WHERE ARE "THEY"?
I have been contemplating the idea of alleged human-NHI hybrids. If there has been such a program, possibly for decades, where are they?
Prominent UFO researchers Karla Turner, David Jacobs, Budd Hopkins, and John E. Mack, among others, have researched this topic and seem to agree that there has been an ongoing alien-human hybridization program.
Ingo Swann discussed humans who "were probably born at some other place than Earth, but look just like us." Pat Price reported that the [underground] base inhabitants "looked like us, homosapiens, except for the heart, lungs, blood, and eyes". Timothy Taylor, in his hierarchy of beings, had “certain factions within intelligence communities” above ordinary humans.
If there are multiple categories of Humans, like hybrids, humans born elsewhere, and Earth-born humans, is there a struggle for control of Earth?
Pat Price suggested they were involved in politics, religion, education, banking, and science. The one place he didn't mention their presence is in the media. This may have been because it was 1973, and the four primary broadcasters were ABC, CBS, NBC, and PBS. Coverage varied by location, and many stations signed off at midnight.
Certainly, a monopoly of politics, religion, science, banking, and education would be wildly amplified if the media chimed in relentlessly around the clock, especially since the human population has doubled from approximately 4 billion humans to our current estimate of 8 billion since 1973.
It may be time to revisit the campy B horror film 'They Live'. I have always considered it revelatory!

I, and others, had naturally assumed that if any correlation occurred between the psychically-acquired information and NASAs Martian photographs, that interest in pursuing this type of penetration of Mars would become heightened. But the exact contrary in fact took place, and a dense blanket of disinterest thereafter ensued.

The vast experimental situation now known as "remote viewing" descended directly out of the possibilities demonstrated in Project Scanate.

I understand—but the crucial point is that they came back. If someone is able to return, does that not suggest that their faculties were never entirely lost, whether physical or metaphysical? Consider remote viewing, where perception extends beyond the body: a return implies that some thread of consciousness or identity remained unbroken. In this particular case, even after being near—or arguably fully—dead for three days, he retained enough intact faculties to reconstitute himself, which the truly dead, by definition, cannot do.
Keep in mind that in a near-death experience—the key term being “near”—the individual is not entirely severed from the body, unlike in total death. There may still be a residual connection to the senses and the mind, which could contribute to the construction or rendering of whatever space or reality they find themselves in. I believe he is referring here to total death: the complete severance from those faculties upon which we rely to generate and interpret conscious experience.
Rare 1970s footage from ASPR in NYC shows psychic Ingo Swann in out-of-body experiments with Dr. Karlis Osis & Dr. Janet Lee Mitchell. Watch Ingo test remote viewing, a term he coined, using brain wave monitors & hidden targets. A glimpse into parapsychology history!

The West does not accept reincarnation, and it takes a great toll on children who are complete or even partial reincarnations, reprogramming them to retire their memories and explaining reincarnational phenomena away by many contrivances. All of this is very torturous to the child and adults involved. But it should be borne in mind that reincarnation does not involve just memories. These are more obvious because they become vocalized by children and people. Tendencies, traits, talents, goals, desires, and outlooks are also part of the reincarnation processes, and these seldom get verbalized like memories do, and so they escape direct notice.

IMPORTANT POINT!
Our concepts of how telepathy, etc., work may not accurately reflect their actual functioning, as Ingo states below.
Controlled Remote Viewing (CRV) was developed over a decade for this specific purpose. Researchers worked with a variety of individuals to understand how these systems operate NATURALLY, utilizing trials, experts in related fields, and a three-year fine-tuning process with Ingo's original student, before the first group of official students was even trained.
Perception is a process that we all use without being aware of it. By becoming aware of it, one can begin to control one's perception.
