⚖️ PROOF that Jack Smith also lied to the courts. See attached footnote 3, page 8 of his 5-3-24 filing to Judge Cannon.

Shady Smith tried to get out of his perjury under a Federal Statute that allows a “Recantation Defense”:

18 USC §1623(d) basically says you can’t be prosecuted if you admit the perjury while the same proceeding is going on.

That’s obviously what his footnote admission sought to achieve in Cannon’s court.

BUT, Shady Smith attested to the same lie (and more) in the Appellate Court, and as that case was closed, he was unable to protect himself from a perjury charge there.😎

The pertinent Federal Perjury Statute of Limitations is 5 years.

And Jack Smith should have NO IMMUNITY for his “OFFICIAL ACTS” since a federal court in that same jurisdiction ruled he wasn’t an authorized prosecutor.

This is a slam dunk indictment in RED Florida.

Somebody should tell the DOJ. But if some random corporate M&A attorney can figure this out, then surely the criminal experts already have.
