Who can make this make sense?
Carney: Trump putting tariffs on Canadian industries like steel and aluminum is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
Also Carney: I welcome EU’s carbon tax on our steel, aluminum and iron industries.
Canadians, can you see it now? Carney didn’t become PM to get a deal with Trump, make Canada an energy superpower or even build affordable homes.
Carney became PM to further his net zero/green energy agenda (and grow his personal net worth via Brookfield’s extensive stake in green energy).
The EU will need to act to create the external threat from Russia as if this was still the old cold war of capitalism vs communism.
They must act before April when the French elections are coming and they can lose Germany to AfD as well as France.
This is why the EU is now courting Canada and the UK to join to keep the EU alive and to provide their youth to fight Russia to keep the jobs of bureaucrats in Brussels.
They understand this rising civil unrest threatens their existence because of their stupid climate change, COVID, and migrant policies.
Observation of the day.
Bank of Canada hikes into a weak economy.
The next day, employment data comes out.
Close to 50K in job losses and the previously reported number revised from 26k to -16K
Canadian MSM ignoring this. No one is reporting it. As well as the BOC acolytes on Bay St.
People inside the Liberal government saw these numbers before we did. Instead of wetting their pants from panic, as would have been the rational response, they called Canadians racist for noticing.
People are so gullible. Look at Canada, Justin Trudeau and Carney live in a fantasy world.
The World Bank puts Canada’s 2025 GDP per person at US$55,698. Mississippi, the poorest state in America, sits around US$55,877. New York State stands at $123,369 per person.
The GDP of the EU stands at €18.8 trillion with 452 million people is €41,600 or $48,867.52.
And Carney wants to join the EU? Is this so Canada can bailout the EU and impose a military draft to defend his globalist dreams?
@ericvideos91 This post is a pretty accurate path for Canada right now.
Living in strange times when a large group of Canadians are angry about a 51st state comment and pro revival of European colonialism.
Canada, where the government will hunt down and freeze the bank account ( without due process ) of a single mom who donated $20 to the Freedom Convoy.
But says it’s ‘not in the public interest’ to recoup $34 million taxpayers dollars they fraudulently gave to their family & friends.
A large tree trunk has been uncovered beneath a glacier in the Alps, dated to around 6,000 years ago.
The species is Swiss stone pine.
Today, trees of that type cannot grow at that altitude because it is far too cold.
This means that when that tree was alive, the climate there had to be warmer than today.
6,000 years ago aligns with the Holocene climate optimum, a time when temperatures were far higher than now, even with far less atmospheric CO2.
Earth's climate is cyclical and Mother Nature self-regulates.
Narratives of doom serve political aims, not reality.
🚨BREAKING: The leader of the Right-wing party in Germany, Alice Weidel, says:
"A country that punishes for fishing without a license, but not for crossing its borders illegally, is a country governed by idiots."
HOLY SH**
10% of Canada’s work force could be WIPED OUT if Mark Carney doesn’t get back to the table and get a trade deal.
Canada would suffer the worst recession in Canadian history
Maybe this is what it will take to wake up Canadians.
Mark Warner, one of Canada’s best trade lawyers—and a friend—dismantles, one by one, every argument used to defend Canada’s current negotiating strategy with the United States.
A masterclass of an interview.
Watch the whole thing. Oh, and the midterms won’t make a difference...
This might be the most Canadian poll result I’ve ever seen.
Canadians are massively in favour of being in a trade war.
But massively opposed to there being any financial consequences of being in a trade war.
Elon Musk: "At its heart, wokeness is divisive, exclusionary, and hateful. It basically gives mean people… a shield to be mean and cruel, armored in false virtue."
Any cursory examination of the Carney government's actual policy quickly leads one to conclude that it's essentially a Ponzi scheme. Every "trade deal" or "national strategy" or "memorandum of understanding" is ... nothing. There's nothing in them. It's just a Dilbert cartoon.
