@justff777 Ooh! I didn't know about yarn. I'll check it out!
Honestly I just wanted something lightweight, and being custom I can extend it in any way the game needs.
#devlog 8 | Working on a basic NPC & Dialogue system. Didn't really like any of the tooling out there to write branching dialogue, most were too barebones or too complex for what I really needed, so I went custom

Dialogue is stored as a .txt so that the Godot file explorer scans it, and parsed. I also made a quick lang config so its more readable.
Text is all placeholder for now
#devlog 7 | Improved the Map's UI a bit. Not quite there yet in terms of polish, and the art and data is still mostly placeholders, but the layout is closer to the final version.

#devlog 6 | Improved the gunner moth a bit. It's now floatier, and the bubbles behave a bit more... bubbly
I feel like it might be a bit too quick though, might slow it down. Feel like it might feel too overwhelming. Thoughts?

@PortalFallGame I've thought about enabling the player to move it, but I'm not sure how to fit it in the overall design... The idea is rattling in there, though :)
