I Wanna Dance with Somebody: not since Bohemian Rhapsody has a movie so obviously been written by the guy who wrote Bohemian Rhapsody. valiant performances (Naomi Ackie!), but this is like watching someone lipsync a wikipedia page for 140 min.

@DarkProjections I was on board for maybe the 1/3 of this movie (even with the clunky and cheesy dialogue that has plagued this trilogy), but then it completely fell apart both in its plot and its metaphors.

@TheMovieGuy14 There’s a chunk of people who believe that public schools are allowing children to “identify” as animals and putting litter boxes in classes. Basically an elaborate moral panic that disguises anti-LGBTQ and anti-public school sentiments.

#HalloweenEnds is a disaster through and through. It tries to do something different but completely falls apart during the third act. It also has one of the most botched allegory that I’ve seen this year.
