@Ask_Spectrum Is there an outage in my area? Late last night when I checked online it said there was planned maintenance. Today, Internet it still not working but customer portal says there’s no outage.

@javascripting I'm really excited to use this directory! But whenever I select a category, I get "Oops! There was an error." The same thing happens when I use the search box and then select one of the libraries in the results, so I can't actually view any of the directory entries.
