I am a vegetarian, but let me drop a truth bomb.
For millennia, humans have eaten meat, which naturally comes with saturated fat. Humans have thrived and advanced. Yet, the modern world now demonizes meat and saturated fat, claiming that it causes heart disease, diabetes, cancers, and more.
If that's the case, how did we advance so much while consuming meat and saturated fat? Some clever person might argue that our life expectancy was around 35 years in the past. However, they often confuse life expectancy with lifespan.
Our life expectancy was low because of high infant mortality rates, wars, and other factors. As these improved, and with the advent of modern medicine, we started living longer. Even today, many people will tell you that their grandparents lived to be over 90 years old. If life expectancy was really 35 years, shouldn't they have died in their 30s? This is the difference between lifespan and life expectancy.
If you're a vegetarian, I’m not pushing you to eat meat.
But if you're a meat-eater, there's no need to give it up due to the misinformation spread by modern, corrupt organizations.
Let's agree that meat is a real superfood and nutrient-dense.
If someone were stranded on a deserted island and had a choice between two so-called superfoods—meat and chia seeds—let me tell you, you'd thrive on meat, but you might not even survive on chia seeds.
