@grok@gardawedding@ToryFibs@KingBobIIV@grok are women and girls more at risk in their home from someone they know, or a random stranger in the street, never mind where that stranger is from?
@MordiGoldstein@piersmorgan Hamas aren't surrendering because they wish to bring about Armageddon and destroy Israel. They want the world to intervene. They don't care if they take the people of Gaza with them as long as they destroy Israel. You won't defeat them by fighting because that is what they want.
I am disgusted by the government’s relentless demonisation of disabled people.
All so they can protect the wealthiest from paying their fair share.
Instead of targeting the most vulnerable, let’s “crack down” on corporations and billionaires evading tax instead.
Some time earlier this year at an event, I met the son of the first victim of the Yorkshire ripper. He was 5 years old when his mother didn’t come back home. He has fought against this deliberate dehumanisation by the media for years. They know what they are doing.
To raise some awareness as this post has gained a bit of traction, and posted with permission, here is the actual photo of the rash in question.

A good friend phoned the GP for a bullseye rash (example image) following a tick bite this morning, and they got 'referred' to a pharmacist by the receptionist. They prescribed an antihistamine.
I guess this is the excellent state of our primary care, yeah?
@CareQualityComm Sorry be a hassle, but it appears I may've been interpreting Schedule 3 of the Regs wrongly since it was introduced. Please can you advise me, does it call for a "reference" from EVERY former relevant employer? How far back do we need to go?
@dephertranslate@EdThomasNews Quite often people pay to speak at those things - they offer slots to relevant businesses. Care shows are basically 90% adverts plus skills for care and/or CQC to make it look respectable.
@CareQualityComm as Liberty Protection Safeguards have been delayed, please can you confirm your expectations around how they should be reflected in a policy for now?
My 11 year old son has started watching The Simpsons. He's asking the family which characters they think they are. He thinks he's Bart. He's not, he's Ralf Wiggum but I can't say that out loud.
Do we really need a new level 2 qualification? Perhaps £50m would be better spent getting people onto the existing, accredited nvq qualifications? I really don't see how this helps.
Have the @CareQualityComm stopped checking that services are displaying ratings on their website?
Love to hear from inspectors and services! It doesn't seem to get mentioned in reports, and many sites I've seen recently have lacked the rating, which got me wondering. 🤔
