We used to drag our parents for going to mountain to pray. Fast for days. Volunteer for church meetings.
Well, look at us now. 🤣
We’re doing more than they did.
We’re knowing Jesus on a more intimate level.
Call us 1am to come for camp meeting, you’d meet us there.
I’m glad we’re passing the baton to our children too. 🥹

So yesterday some people heavily criticised the media team for the glitches during the streaming. Maybe the criticism was justified, and I understand how frustrating it can be as a viewer when the experience does not flow the way you hoped it would.
But let me share something God taught me.
When I became a deliberate believer, not just someone who grew up in church but someone who chose to serve, I asked God where He wanted me. And He led me into the very department I had always been frustrated with.
The same unit I used to complain about.
The same unit I quietly wished would do better.
That was exactly where God placed me.
And it was there, behind the scenes, that I learned the truth.
The long hours.
The pressure.
The last minute changes.
The spiritual resistance.
The small problems that suddenly become big ones.
The many things that can go wrong that nobody in the congregation ever sees.
Serving opened my eyes.
It humbled me.
It taught me to replace criticism with compassion, assumptions with understanding, and frustration with prayer.
So before we speak on what happens on the stage or behind the screens, let us remember that there are real people giving their best with everything they have, often under pressure we know nothing about.
Give grace. ❤️❤️
Here’s what I’m suggesting- every citizen contacts their reps & senators with coordinated emails, phone calls and WhatsApp messages with the following -
*Dear Hon/Sen, as your constituent, i am urging you to call for a PUBLIC hearing to address the strategy to defeat terrorism, rumours of an ill-equipped military and how Nigerians will be kept safe. Please act urgently*
Some are being triggered by #TheHerd on @NetflixNaija for showing our current reality?
The same terrorist attacks I witnessed first hand on my way to Gembu, Taraba during NYSC?
Abeg if you’re part of the few that have sense pls help me RT this poster for everyone to see it! 👀
