Took my money on 16th Dec. & Still waiting for my vehicle, Everyone keeps rising concern to different departments for the last 10 days still no one is able to track simple transactions. My EMI will come before my vehicle.

At Root level Customers are suffering from Scams of TVS and on Social Media They Say this.
The vehicle amount was paid full on the 16th Dec. Still Dealer as well as TVS not able to track payment even after all necessary details provided.

100% online payment done over a week ago.
Public complaint raised 24 hours back — still no vehicle as dealer still have not received the payment.
If this is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to escalate to consumer forum.

@tvsmotorcompany JustPure Harrasment...I paid online payment to TVS and booked the bike...last one week my vehicle is not getting delivered...showroom Landmark TVS Kondapur named Prudhvi say We has not recieved payment from company...looks like TVS doing business out Scamming Customer.
