The Quick Count by Ipsos from the 2nd round of the Peruvian presidential election has it as a technical tie.

They put the far-left candidate Roberto Sánchez on 50.3% & the right-wing candidate Keiko Fujimori on 49.7%. The hard-right candidate “Porky” came on third place in the first round of the election after initially having a strong second place which withered away during a suspiciously slow count of the votes and was finally overtaken by the far-left candidate.

Porky, who is the Mayor of Lima, was also disadvantaged by the fact that many polling stations either didn’t open on election day in Lima or opened with significant delay, creating long lines that put voters off from voting in areas that were considered as Porky’s strongholds.
