The supply of #ERC20721 is limited as the amount of total NFT assets is 256 and it's divided between NFT and token. As anybody has over 1 token he/she can wrap it into NFT and vice versa so there is no artificial and unlimited supply creation. #ERC20721 example is @CellMatesERC

As #ERC404 is a hot topic now there is another contract type which also tries to combine both #ERC20 (token) and #ERC721 (NFT) assets. The main dissadvantage of #ERC404 is possible total supply of NFTs which is unlimited (increasing during buying but decreasing during selling).

Th fact is they built their game engine from the beginning after the Microsoft ban. They did it in bear market so it was not for instant gains.
They are their $TOPIA token still didn't get valued price for it. It's still undervalued.

@hytopia is migrating it's own @HYCHAIN_GAMES to Arbitrum L2 which will provide better performance.
I think they are preparing for a massive traffic coming to their blockchain.
@hytopia is one of not many NTF companies which stayed here to build.
