Bitcoin is storming through the global balance sheet like a coked-up repo man with a flamethrower while central bankers crouch over the corpse of your purchasing power and print another $10 trillion.
Nothing stops the GREAT ORANGE SINGULARITY:
This is insane.
This is INSANE.
This is a blatantly obvious sign of the impending doom of the U.S. Dollar and all fiat currencies.
Here's the situation:
The United States Treasury issues bonds and other investment securities.
They call these, “treasuries.”
The U.S. Treasury issues treasuries when the U.S. Federal Government spends past its budget, resulting in a “budgetary deficit.” The sale of treasuries makes up for the loss.
The treasuries are sold and tacked on as debt. This is the substance of the big $40 trillion debt number in the United States.
Key point: The U.S. Federal Government has been in a budgetary deficit in 51 of the last 55 years, with the last surplus year being in 2001.
Here's how it actually plays out:
A year passes. The government spends too much money, creating a budgetary deficit. The government finances that deficit by selling debt (in the form of treasuries). The government receives money to cover its spending, and tacks on the sold debt to its debt total.
Next year comes around. The government spends too much money again, creating another deficit. Same mechanism... government sells debt, receives money, and tacks on more debt. But there's an issue. Old debt is coming due. But the government doesn't have the money to pay for it - it has been spent. What does the government do? It issues new debt to pay off the old debt.
Round and round this goes, year after year. This is how the government operates.
Key point: The U.S. Treasury, which is part of the U.S. Federal Government, has to sell new debt to new investors to pay off the old debt from old investors. This is because of 1) the constant budgetary deficits and 2) the debt from years past coming due.
Key point: Given that the definition of a Ponzi scheme is, “An investment scheme where new investor money is used to pay off old investors.” …The U.S. Federal Government is running a Ponzi scheme. To the tune of $40 trillion, and counting.
Trillion is just a word. Let’s make sure we note the significance.
A *billion* seconds ago was 1994 (32 years ago).
A *trillion* seconds ago was 30,000 B.C.
Multiply that trillion by 40. That's 1.2 million B.C.
*Over a million years' worth of debt*
That’s the scale of the United States debt bill.
But WAIT. It gets worse.
Key point: The U.S. Treasury always has to have buyers of its debt, because if it doesn’t, the government won’t be able to pay off 1) its deficit spending and 2) the old debt coming due (and the interest on the debt). If it fails to pay those off, the Government would default and collapse.
Well, then, who buys all the U.S. Government debt?
Key point: The largest single buyer and owner of the U.S. Federal Government debt is THE U.S. FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ITSELF.
Don’t trust, verify (picture attached below):
TAKE A SECOND TO CONTEMPLATE HOW INSANE THAT IS.
The U.S. Government runs a budgetary deficit, then issues treasuries to pay for the spending, then, at a bigger rate than anybody else, buys the treasuries to cover the loss. An unbelievable Ponzi scheme.
The U.S. Government is the director of the Ponzi scheme, the old investor, and the new investor. A true masterclass.
But how do they do this?
They have a money printer. It's that simple. The debt might as well not be real.
Welcome to the world of fiat currency.
Key point: The United States is not the only country that runs this playbook. 161 of the 189 countries with available data are in budgetary deficits. That's over 85%. The Ponzi scheme is everywhere.
The U.S. is the kingpin of the modern monetary world. They are the head honcho, the high priest, the big cheese.
The current global financial economy is built on the backs of the United States.
There would be a massive problem if the United States had debt buyer troubles.
In short, an increasing number of investors are growing scared of the United States debt situation, turning them away from the purchasing of U.S. Treasuries.

With weakening demand and surging Treasury yields, the US Treasury has just announced "it will double the size of long-term US government debt buybacks following the rapid surge in US Treasury yields.
Repurchases of $2 billion will now be increased to "at least" $4 billion, the US Treasury said.
The move is intended to provide "liquidity support" for bonds maturing in 10 to 30 years as total US debt nears $40 trillion."
Translation:
"Nobody wants our bonds, thus, we are going to print money to buy our own bonds. And our previous buyback operation wasn't enough, so we're doubling it."
But that money printing causes inflation, which is a dangerous outcome.
Here's where the cookie crumbles:
The U.S. central bank, the Federal Reserve, has a 2% inflation target. Inflation has not been at 2% recently, and in fact accelerated higher in the first half of 2026.
The Federal Reserve has kept interest rates elevated as a method of discouraging borrowing and spending, and taming inflation.
But it's not working. And there's a bigger problem.
Key point: The U.S. Federal Government pays interest to investors who own the treasuries, and this interest is part of the budget.
High interest rates = higher interest payments.
Higher interest payments = more federal spending.
More federal spending = bigger budgetary deficits.
Bigger budgetary deficits = more debt issuance.
More debt issuance = higher supply of treasuries.
Higher supply of treasuries = lower demand.
Lower demand = fewer buyers.
Fewer buyers = Treasury printing money to buy its own bonds.
Treasury printing money = higher inflation.
Higher inflation = higher interest rates.
Higher interest rates = higher interest payments.
A catastrophic feedback loop.
It's math. And the math is brutal. The interest paid out by the Federal Government has EXPLODED in recent years (image attached below).
Start the chain at "higher interest payments" and you realize the fate of the system...
The United States Dollar is screwed.
This is a debt spiral.
There is no way out.
You are witnessing it live.
These are years that will go down in the all-time history books.
---
Every fiat currency has failed, and for the same reason. Turning on the money printer is too tempting.
Don't forget, the U.S. Government will never let the Treasury market fail, because that would result in an automatic default on the debt and an unbelievably chaotic avalanche of collapse.
They will always turn to the money printer to bail things out. The Treasury will continue to print more money to keep the system afloat. Today's increase in government debt buybacks is simply additional evidence. But inflation is the fatal flaw.
The Ponzi scheme is in its final chapter. The endgame is here.
The inflation train has left the station, and it's never coming back.
Covid put the ruin into hyperdrive. Inflation ran away, now it cannot be tamed. It is feeding on itself, and will continue to do so, over and over, gradually, then suddenly.
And then, poof. It's gone.
Worthlessness.
If you haven't noticed, the U.S. Dollar has been heading toward the "worthless" direction for quite some time (pull up your favorite USD purchasing power chart).
It is inevitable. The U.S. Dollar, and all fiat currencies, will die.
The Phoenix will rise from the ashes.
An innovative, specifically designed, global, unprintable, incorruptible, verifiable, instantaneous digital monetary system will emerge, unchained from the grasp of bankers and governments, once and for all.
Fix the money, fix the world.
🚀BIP-110 FAILED, FIAT IS STILL DYING, SO HAVE SOME FUN AND RETIRE YOUR BLOODLINE WITH MSTR LEAPS🚀
Enough with the purity tests, soyboys.
If fiat is going to die in a rented storage unit behind a Dollar General while a 34-year-old with two degrees finances a rotisserie chicken through Klarna, I would at least like the funeral to pay 30×.
So I modeled $3,800 deployed three ways over the next 2 years:
Bitcoin goes from $64,845 to $425,000.
$3,800 buys 0.0586 BTC, which becomes $24,906.
Return: +555%.
MSTR goes from $100.20 to $1,363.85 under my CEBE projection.
$3,800 buys 37.92 shares, which become $51,723.
Return: +1,261%. This is with them buying ZERO new Bitcoin for 2 years with ZERO mNAV expansion.
Then we arrive at the deranged red bar.
One December 2028 MSTR $170 call costs $38 per share, or $3,800 for a contract controlling 100 shares.
At the two-year MSTR target, the option model values that contract at roughly $1,196.24 per share:
$1,196.24 × 100 = $119,624
Subtract the original $3,800 cost and the modeled profit is $115,824.
Return: +3,048%.
The call becomes violently convex because nearly the entire projected MSTR price sits above the $170 strike while the premium only costs $38 per share.
You’re renting the upside of 100 MSTR shares while committing a fraction of the capital required to own them.
The entire $3,800 can also disappear. Below $170 at expiration, the contract becomes a commemorative JPEG of your former confidence. Below the $208 breakeven, you lose money. This belongs in the controlled-demolition portion of the portfolio, several zip codes away from the mortgage payment.
Washington will issue another few trillion dollars with the emotional restraint of a divorced father inside Bass Pro Shops, your health insurer will mail you a 19-page explanation for why oxygen occurred outside the network, and the Federal Reserve will publish a PDF explaining that $14 deodorant represents “continued progress toward price stability.”
American retirement planning has become a 40-year escape room where the final clue says WORK UNTIL 74.
If the projection fails, the LEAP can go to zero.
If it lands, $3,800 becomes roughly $119,624 while the dollar continues its dignified transition into Chuck E. Cheese currency.
Bitcoin is the exit, MSTR adds corporate convexity, and the LEAP is me pulling the fire alarm on the way out:
The STRC dividend is the price Strategy pays to rent someone else’s balance sheet and buy Bitcoin.
Imagine BTC rises from $63,242 to $750,000.
Strategy begins with 843,775 BTC, $3B of cash, $6.697B of debt, $15.469B of preferred stock and 376.433M shares. CEBE mNAV remains frozen at 1.0246×.
Now a imagine a scenario where Strategy issues $15B of STRC annually for five years - $75B total - with 100% of the proceeds deployed into BTC. No fees, slippage or execution friction are modeled. Common stock is issued to service the preferred dividends.
The sensitivity applies a 10%–14% blended dividend cost to the modeled preferred stack.
Because the BTC path, STRC issuance, deployment rate, preferred principal and mNAV are identical in every case, the numerator of the equation is identical.
Only the denominator changes.
At a 10% dividend rate, Strategy finishes with approximately 435.4M shares.
At 14%, the larger dividend obligation forces enough additional common issuance to produce approximately 461.4M shares.
That is 26M extra claims against the exact same pile of Bitcoin.
Consequently, a $100K MSTR position finishes at $2.178M in the 10% case versus $2.055M at 14%...a $123K difference.
The corresponding implied terminal share price falls from roughly $2,027 to $1,913.
That entire differential is dilution math.
But here is the larger point: even at a 14% preferred cost, the model still produces substantially more terminal wealth than passive MSTR at $1.652M or spot Bitcoin at $1.185M.
Why?
Because Bitcoin compounds almost 11.9× while the preferred claims remain denominated in dollars. BTC appreciation simultaneously expands the asset side of the balance sheet and collapses the BTC-equivalent weight of every fixed-dollar senior claim.
The dividend rate controls the dilution toll.
The BTC price path controls the size of the highway.
A concerning glimpse into the future...another 10 years and we will literally be dealing with a "Terminator" type situation where humanoid robots have full dexterity and control like a human with Ai driving the brain tweaked for war and destruction. It's already happening on the battlefield with unmanned drones and vehicles. Couple what we are seeing here + with the outer synthetic skins for robots that are being developed at a rapid pace...we will all be living in a world of Terminators. The future is now here.

The perpetual preferreds are good but what about perpetually rolled over short-term bonds?
Metaplanet's acquisition of Siiibo Securities is effectively a licence to run a perpetual, self-funding Bitcoin accumulation engine.
Here is how I understand the loop:
1) The arbitrage. Japanese bank accounts yield practically 0%. Metaplanet Securities can issue 1-4 year corporate bonds yielding 5-8% to yield-starved Japanese savers and raise a massive pool of fiat.
2) The conversion. Proceeds go straight into spot Bitcoin, permanently onto the balance sheet.
3) The yield. The core Bitcoin is never liquidated. Instead, they deploy capital into institutional Bitcoin derivatives markets. Because of BTC's high volatility, these structured derivative contracts generate a steady stream of organic cash flow.
4) The spread. Bondholder coupons get paid from the options income. The remaining spread is kept. Out-of-pocket cost to maintain the debt: effectively zero.
5) The perpetual roll. At maturity, no Bitcoin is sold. A new bond is issued through Siiibo's platform (now Metaplanet securities) and the old investors are repaid from fresh proceeds.
Repeat this loop across Bitcoin's 4-year cycles.
As fiat debases and Bitcoin appreciates, the treasury expands exponentially while the nominal debt stays fixed. Within a few cycles the Bitcoin is worth multiples of the entire debt issuance.
My mind is blown.
For more than 35 years, @Strategy’s software business has been built on rapid, iterative innovation: build, deploy, observe, listen, improve. We’ve applied the same approach to our Bitcoin Treasury Company. Thank you for helping us improve.
It isn’t time to give up on $STRC.
It’s time to review the engineering.
STRC was designed to be digital credit: a preferred security that pays cash, adjusts its dividend, and targets stability around $100 par.
But credit needs more than yield. It needs trust, rules, collateral, and guardrails.
@saylor can improve the product in several possible ways:
- Add security to digital credit.
- Build a larger rules-based USD reserve.
- Create asset coverage tests.
- Buy back discounted prefs.
- Add automatic rate step-ups.
- Limit new senior claims on Bitcoin.
This is not failure. This is version 1.0 feedback.
Bitcoin is volatile. Digital credit should not be.
The goal isn’t to abandon STRC.
The goal is to make STRC harder, safer, and more credible.
⚡️Human life is bounded.
You appear for a brief moment, inherit a world you did not create, carry a body you did not choose, meet suffering you cannot fully avoid, love things you cannot keep, and then disappear.
That makes life tragic.
It also makes it sacred.
Because the task is not to live forever.
The task is to make the temporary opening matter.
You are not merely an animal chasing reward.
You are not merely a social identity collecting achievements.
You are not merely a consumer optimizing comfort.
You are a temporary aperture through which reality becomes aware, and the clock is running.
So the question becomes brutally simple:
While consciousness is awake in this body, what will it serve?
