We’re going to share a small tutorial about prediction markets, along with an update that will be released with the Mainnet push:

How betting works (TEE + ZK)

Place a bet: User deposits into the BettingVault with the market, amount, and Yes/No choice.

Private verification: The bet details are encrypted and sent to the TEE.

The TEE verifies the deposit and generates a lightweight ZK proof confirming the bet is valid, without exposing the private data.

Bet goes on-chain: The ZK proof is verified and the bet is recorded on-chain. Yes/No totals are updated publicly.

Market closes: Betting stays open until bettingCloseTime.
The TEE is no longer needed after the bet is registered.

Market resolves: A trusted resolver submits the final outcome (Yes/No/Draw).
If no outcome is submitted by the deadline, anyone can cancel the market and users are refunded.

Winners get paid: Users call claim().
The smart contract calculates the pari-mutuel payout and sends the funds directly to the winner.

In short: Deposit → TEE verifies → ZK proof → Bet recorded on-chain → Market resolves → Smart contract pays winners.

Vault custody logic:

Every trade settlement now performs an unconditional solvency check before authorizing a withdrawal, ensuring no code path can leave an under-collateralized claim pending.
Verified against the full Vault, rebalance, and trader-claim test suite.

Update :

These three transactions demonstrate the successful operation of the application on mainnet.

For this, the team pre-deposited stock tokens into the Vault to provide the liquidity required to execute the test.

We then made a USDG deposit.

After the operation was executed off-chain inside the TEE and the zk proof was submitted, we can verify that the withdrawal was successfully released to the wallet specified by the depositor wothout linking it on chain

The Vault contract then performed the corresponding rebalancing through an internal swap.

These three transactions demonstrate that the on-chain portion of the process was completed successfully.

Users will be provided with all the necessary information to independently verify, during their own transactions, that the computation was correctly executed inside the TEE, ensuring the privacy and integrity of their operations.

Migration to mainnet is almost complete.
We have wired the backend logic to the @RobinhoodApp mainnet network, deployed the Vault, AssetRegister, and zkRollup contracts, and already funded the Vault with real stocks.

We will need these funds to complete the workflow testing and ensure the safety of the funds.

For the next step, we will fund the TEE again and perform all the necessary transaction tests.
