This aged incredibly well and was indeed my best decision this cycle.
Two months later: +$425K (+95%).
Joining the $KERMIT whale chat and providing liquidity on @MeteoraAG is currently the best R/R setup in crypto.
Huge thanks to @TendersAlt and @haremtrade.
Whale chats: a useless trap?
Imo, most whale chats are useless.
The original idea behind a whale chat actually made sense:
Bring the biggest holders together, build some kind of family around the same goal, and help the coin succeed through:
- Better coordinated marketing
- Better supply control
- Less panic when PA gets rough
- Whales actually working together for the coin
Sounds great.
But sadly, 99% of whale chats become completely useless once the main leg is over.
Most members are either "whales" by name only, or already way too overexposed to the coin.
-> So when PA starts struggling, there's no fresh buy pressure coming from the whale chat.
And eventually, its only real use case becomes:
A group of stuck holders shaming each other into not selling.
That's an awful environment to be in.
And the result is almost always the same:
The chat slowly dies, everyone loses interest, and you roundtrip your bag for nothing.
======================================
And that's exactly where solana:2giC2MXhhENo4jkbRjfAgNAZboTJtXZTsSFbMZKwpump is trying something different.
Instead of building a whale chat designed to trap Kermit whales into holding the floor...
The main goal is to make every member of the Whale Chat better off for being part of it.
How?
- Build a consistent source of opportunities by focusing on safer, structured trading.
- Create a trading environment focused on long-term execution.
-> No trench PnDing each other. The goal is to actually learn how to trade and turn it into a consistent source of income.
- Keep the requirement relatively small: only 0.25% of solana:2giC2MXhhENo4jkbRjfAgNAZboTJtXZTsSFbMZKwpump.
That means members don't need to become insanely overexposed just to get access.
And if the Whale Chat genuinely helps them make money over time?
-> Accumulating more solana:2giC2MXhhENo4jkbRjfAgNAZboTJtXZTsSFbMZKwpump later can actually make sense for them.
That's the entire difference:
Don't force whales to hold Kermit.
Build something so valuable that they WANT to hold Kermit.
The whole structure behind this Whale Chat has been carefully thought through, and at the end of the day, it's still an experiment.
But so far?
I'm a huge fan of what it's becoming, and I genuinely can't wait to see where we can take it.
solana:2giC2MXhhENo4jkbRjfAgNAZboTJtXZTsSFbMZKwpump is looking extremely strong here, and imo still massively undervalued.
Just deployed 200+ SOL of dual-sided liquidity on $KERMIT.
Less slippage for anyone looking to secure their entry into the Whale TG group.
And if you don’t like what you see once you’re in, feel free to dump on me.
That’s conviction.
