Dear @LyndaShacks please help me. I've tried @Eskom_SA to no avail. I'm the only house with no electricity since Sat at 3am. Reported to Eskom, to no avail. Their box has problems, flashes numbers. Now I'm locked inside, nothing opens, the gate's battery is dead. Ref 868921519.
The electrician told me that only @Eskom_SA can fix their box & it's an offense tampering with it. It's almost 30 hrs of darkness. Scary as it's the only house in the street full of trees. We have only one gate & not opening now, we can't get out. Please @LyndaShacks assist me.

@waltermzembi The person contacted me first thing this morning asking for money! I told him that you would never do that, he had hacked your WhatsApp & is a criminal. I blocked & reported the number. He was insisting that I should use internet banking. Such a shame!!
@Eskom_SA We have no electricity in Sandown since this morning at 06h00 when we were loadshedded. It never came back. This happens almost all the time now & it's extremely inconveniencing us. We live in anxiety due to these frequent outages. Please help!!

@20jeritta@Eskom_SA Not the whole of Sandown hey! We are still out here in Ext 24. Hopefully ours will be restored soon too. Unless we are now being loadshedded which was meant to start at 10h00 to 12h30! Wouldn't that be ridiculous 🙄
@CityofJoburgZA Service delivery at the lowest of the low. Absolutely no care for the residents. Water is the basic human right. First reported your broken meter at 07h30 on Sunday 02 Oct, told that turn-around time is 24 hours. Over 39 hours later, we wait. Calls unanswered

We've been experiencing sporadic supply of couple hours here & there before that since Tuesday. Now it's over 16 hours straight. Not a word from anyone. We can't work. What is this??
