When I read the report I was livid at what Kyle Dodson was hinting at. But then our Director of Police Transformation says out loud that he thinks 'some officers running amok' isn't the problem, blacks are. We had our own Clarence Thomas appointed by Miro.

@HaikBedrosian @djllu @richard_broke It just came to my attention that the person who runs my Twitter account liked messages showing or encouraging removal of these signs. I agree that even this soft encouragement is unacceptable from a public official or their media. I have asked the person to remove these likes.
