@Alistair_McF With the upcoming Techtree update, would it be possible for someone to completely skip unlocking T1 BPs and go straight to unlocking T2/T3 bps? (Given he has the wb)

Is there any system that is preventing the option of rushing to t3 unlocks straight away?
