Next week's writing session I'll need to add in that additional scene in within Chapter 16 aforementioned. Only realized that it needed to be added when I was done fully revising it. Had planned to add it once I went through this chapter again, which I did today but forgot. 🫠

1) Rereading/Revising Chp.15 & 16. Waiting on a redesign before I revise Ch.14. During the revision of 16, I realized that there's a portion of foreshadowing I need to have that wouldn't be capitalized on until the epilogue

I also seemed to almost lost my progression of last week's writing session, luckily I create mutiple back-ups of my work every time I'm done with my sessions saved in different cloud storages. So I was able up recover last week's effort and reimplement it back into this week's.
Weekly-Writing-Works
1) Rereading/Revising Chp.13, simply cleaning up word flow & prose. Outside of that, the details within this chapter still hold up.
I have a hang-over thus a shorter session today. Wouldn't be repeating that moving forward.

ALSO continuing to TAKE commissions. When you have people still waiting for JUST an update is also wrong.
This is people’s HARD earned money.
People trust you to deliver goods.
And I cannot explain nor express the absolute HEARTBREAK. That comes from being left on read (1/2)
If you’re an artist, please do not spent the money someone sent for a commission BEFORE you send the completed piece.
Unless you intend to complete it within that week..
Too many people are commissioning artist and being ghosted for 6 plus months or longer..
I know life happens, but as artists accepting people’s hard earned money, we need to take responsibility and reach out to our clients if and when we need an extension or if we won’t be able to communicate for a while. It shouldn’t be the client’s job to blindly seek updates. We need to keep them posted regarding the progress of their comm. It’s a bare minimum considering we’re taking their money before we start the work — and they trust us to do and finish that work in a reasonable amount of time. It’s hard enough to find clients in such a crowded space, so please don’t make people regret their decision to pay for art. I’m so sorry to people who’ve had terrible experiences getting art.

1) Rereading/Revising Chp.12, which still has one of my favorite chapter names I've landed on, Equally Enthralled. Back from my break I decided to do a light session to get back into the groove. This good break was needed.

Just to clarify, I don't mean this to say artists can't take breaks or play games. Just communicate your progress or obstacles to your clients in a timely manner, and please don't ghost or lie to them lmao.
With this chapter being this dense & this long, I am ready for my break.
With upcoming & heavily anticipated videos releasing next week. I will be taking a haitus from this all to mentally recover. I can't focus on newly anticipated games while writing so this is what I do.
Weekly-Writing-Works
1) Rereading/Revising of Chapter 11
The first half of this chapter required heavy revisions in almost all aspects and it was dense enough to give me a heache by the end of it. 😵💫

It was so dense that also revealed a plot hole I must fix way back in the earlier chapters yay...
This chapter I can tell at one point was two separate chapters that I combined together, thus it is 3rd longest chapter in this particular story.

1) Rereading/Revising of Chapters 7, 8, 9 & 10.
A lot of these chapters held up very well in all metrics, thus this revising session went rather quickly & smoothly.

1) Rereading/Revising an Intermission Chapter.
The ultimate placement of this chapter is somewhere at the start of Act 2 & was absolutely necessary for me to fully flesh out before continuing with this overall revision.

This writing session took place on a Friday i took off from work instead of the usual Saturdays, since this Saturday had been placed on reserved for...family matters.
Additionally, I could not continue this session due to outside individuals still not understanding/respecting my writing time every saturday, thus leading to an abrupt and shorter session.
Weekly-Writing-Works
1) Rereading/Revising Ch. 6
2) Rereading/Revising a portion of Ch. 7
During my revising of chapter 7, the mention of a new lore piece to set up act 2 occurred. Leading to a halt & further fleshing out of its mentioning.
