Happy 4th of July folks. I nearly forgot what today was, but made sure to indulged in some tasty food after.

I finally understood the secret to the Sleepy Time tea I take when I need to fix my sleep schedule.

Turns out I was supposed to use exactly 1 cup of water instead of taking a big mug and drinking it.
That, and sweetener.

At least I can actually drink it properly.
