@tweethue Ok, somehow rebooting worked, and I can now sync hue lights to music, but it only works with audio output from my MBP. I usually use an external soundcard (RME babyface) and the audio gets hyper-choppy when syncing lights to music in this case. No problem while syncing to video

@tweethue Wow, somehow rebooting and starting over worked... I could allow Philips Lighting access to audio. So now I can select to sync lights to music, but it makes the music hyper-choppy, i.e. un-listenable. I do not have this problem when syncing to video. ???

@tweethue @ChadAndreoPhoto I am also having the same issue... I have tried reinstalling Hue Sync on mac 3 times without any success. The "Philips Lighting B.V." just never shows up in security & privacy, general tab.
