I was supposed to be great but I chose greater
There's one way to the Top And it's lonely Inside All good outside
Take everything away from me I need less
@SenseiKe90 @sangdebby@beth_kasinga@MudgeRulf But he's a man and that's extra work on top of the clerical work and it may get hectic why didn't you find a 'humble man's?? The employers should understand human nature and norms not just thinking you are doing the guy a favor giving him a job
•√FOLATE( FOLIC ACID)- VITAMIN B 9.
~ Folate is the natural form of vitamin B9 ,water soluble and naturally found in many foods.
It is also added to foods and sold as a supplement in the form of Folic acid .
~ Folate helps to form DNA and RNA and is involved in protein metabolism. It plays key role in breaking down homocystein ,an amino acid that can exert harmful effects in the body if it is present in high amounts.Folate is also needed to produce healthy red blood cells and is critical during periods of rapid growth ,such as during pregnancy and fetal development, healthy digestion ,and functioning of nervous system.
•√ FOODS HIGH IN FOLIC ACID.
~ Chicken livers, Bulgur,Okra, Orange juice,Fresh spinach.
~ White beans,Red kidney beans,Soy beans,Wheat germ,Asparagus, Turnip greens( fresh)
~Avocado, Brussels sprouts,Lima beans, Chick peas, Sunflower seeds,Oranges.
~Broccoli ( fresh),Mustard greens,Beets, Raspberries.
~ Yeast,Black - eyed peas,mung beans,Lentils,Walnuts,Kale,peanuts.
~Barley,whole wheat cereal,Almonds,Oatmeal,cabbage, figs.
•√ Folic acid is unstable to heat and light ,storage and cooking cause losses.
•√ Many cereals also typically have 100 micrograms of folic acid per serving .
~ Neural tube defects ,such as spina bifida and anencephaly, which can leave infant with brain damage and paralysis, are heart breaking.Yet women can dramatically slash the odds of these deformities by simply getting 0.4 milligrams a day of folic acid; that women taking 0.4 milligrams of folic acid a day cut their odds of having infant deformities by almost 72percent.
•√ A daily 0. 4 milligrams dose of folic acid found to prevent neural tube birth defects can be obtained in an ordinary diet, example, eating all these in a day would meet the requirement.( orange juice,All- bran cereal, cooked spinach, cooked dried beans).
~ To keep your fetus safe, you must get enough folic acid before you get pregnant. There is no time to act afterward because the defect occurs in first 28 days after conception,Sufficient folic acid must be in your system for a month before conception as well as during the first 3 months of pregnancy.
~ The 0. 4 milligrams of folic acid can be obtained in daily servings of fruits, vegetables ( green leafy).legumes..
-My input on this topic of nutritional supplements ,as a scholar in the field of foods sciences, nutrition.
•√ Buyer Beware.. Nutritional supplements may be harming you.
~Supplements, like prescription medicine ,have become a multi billion- dollar business. Recommended amounts of nutrients don't tell you how much you need to be healthy ,but how much you need to prevent disease. But taking these pills in high doses can harm you.there is the simple fact that pills are made of much more than the vitamin or mineral or extract you are hoping to consume.
~ These pills often contain all sorts of binding agents, fillers, gels, toxic fats and dyes. You may find that some patients pop hundred of these pills everyday but then still complain of fatigue, diarrhea, breakouts, terrible digestion ,belching ,and gas.Their supplements have stopped being the cure and are now causing their problems.people sometimes don't produce enough hydrochloric acid in their stomachs and pancreatic enzymes to digest that gelatin and other fillers in their supplements.
~Mega- dosing on one type of vitamin or mineral is harmful..mega- doses of vitamin B6 can lead to neuropathy or damage to nerves in your arms and legs.Too much Vitamin A will promote liver disease. Too much selenium promotes liver impairment and too much Vitamin E is associated with possible heart disease.
~Taking massive amount of Vitamin C may cause kidney stones. Also nutrients work synergistically; simply supplementing with large doses of one vitamin or one mineral may cause imbalances in another vitamin or mineral. For example,a proper balance of copper and zinc is one- to- ten ratio, and mega dosing dramatically affect that ratio.
-If you are taking doses of any single vitamin, mineral or supplement,or high doses of combination of these, you are harming your health. You must stop this and change your mind set towards supplements.
-They are NOT a cure- all.Remember that supplements are just that- to supplement a healthy diet.
-THEY ARE NOT THE DIET ITSELF as long as you eat a healthy diet, you don't have to meet all your nutritional needs with supplements.
- Pills should not be your first source of nutrition, a healthy diet is the foundation.
-There is preventive medicine, that is why we are professional in fields of food sciences ,nutrition.
-Medical doctors spend the least time in nutritional studies ,and more curative approach oriented.
-Deep nutrition on food fortifications, enrichments, how nutrients work synergistically will inform you why even on targeted supplements ,still healthy diet is superior to supplements.
-As food scientist, there are plenty of folate rich foods that can give RDAs ,even to pregnant women, only that curative approach in medical world prefers pills to healthy foods,(short cut and risky gamble on health)
-Supplements will never replace healthy diet.
_Tell medical doctors, and big pharmaceuticals this information!
@TuFaeFo254@Dr_AustinOmondi No ,he hasn't muted me. Me too I have not muted him.
-Science is dynamic, progressive ,he is a professional in reproductive health ,I'm a professional in food sciences, nutrition.
-We can learn one or two from each other as scholars in the wide field of sciences.

On August 30, 2015, Jolee Callan and her former boyfriend, Loren Bunner, embarked on a hike along the Pinhoti Trail within Alabama's Cheaha State Park.
Unexpectedly, during the hike, Bunner shot Callan in the head and then pushed her from a 40-foot cliff. This image captures the final moments of Callan, photographed by Bunner shortly before the tragic incident.
The Al Shabaab have ripped apart another vehicle along the Dadaab-Garissa Road killing four on the spot, and injuring many more.
The Minister for Defense comes from Garissa, but you won't hear him say anything about protecting his own people from external terror groups, but wait until he hears that Raila Odinga has been spotted coughing in his house, the Minister of Defense would be the first to fire a tweet asking for him to retire to Bondo where there is fresh air and kienyeji chicken.
Kiawa.
There is Korean religious cult slowly creeping into Africa.
They are already gaining members in Nigeria, Kenya, and South Africa. Targeting particularly young people.
I am posting a few testimonies from varying persons in this thread.
