Zim Olson and Zim Mathematics, author of more than 40 years of my version of Creative Math and Art. AMS and MAA member of almost 30 years. I never knew about these rules of the NSF, funding, etc. I was operating more on the principal/principle of individual enterprise systems. With the domain of open market place domains. I don’t think there would be any other way for myself. Rules of Government or otherwise. Rules addressing or recognizing this enterprise system could be helpful. Although I am a heavy user of the MAA and AMS networks they make available.
