A decaying Nation Crying for Leadership.

What we have witnessed across our country in just the past 48 hours is not only tragic, it is utterly unacceptable and a damning indictment of our collective failure of leadership.

From the reported killings in Katsina, Adamawa, Kaduna and Benue States, to the gruesome murder of an entire family in Plateau State, and the heartbreaking abduction of innocent children in Kogi State, one of the incidents involves children conveying their mother's dead body for burial. Nigeria is bleeding. We are fast becoming a nation where human life is treated as expendable, where citizens live in fear, and where the basic duty of government, to protect lives and property, is repeatedly neglected.

11 innocent Nigerians were killed in Katsina State. 7 more in Benue State. 23 in Adamawa State in just one day. An entire family was brutally murdered in Plateau State. 24 children were abducted from an orphanage in Kogi State, and 10 more children were taken in Kaduna State, all within 48 hours.

These are not mere statistics; they are our fellow Nigerians, fathers, mothers, sons, daughters, whose lives have been brutally cut short or violently disrupted.

This cannot continue. A nation cannot develop under the weight of such persistent insecurity and human tragedy. The normalisation of these horrors is itself a crisis. We must ask, with all sense of urgency and responsibility: where is the leadership? Where is the coordination, the competence, and the compassion required to confront this menace decisively?

My heart goes out to all the grieving families across these states. I pray for divine comfort for those who have lost loved ones and for the safe and immediate return of all abducted children.

A New Nigeria is not just a slogan; it has become an urgent necessity.

Reopen the third time.
And re-adjusted the timing and still got the same results no start,
Did scan with my scanning tools and no code where showing to point to where the error is coming from.
I think i need experience hand to figure out what i did wrong.

Tried rebuilding my car engine,
Well i am technical person and i decided i wanted to try diy like the white folks do.
After going online to research about it and watched couple of videos and asked questions,
I went to get the parts and i started dismantling.

Put the battery in and cranked the engine and it doesn't start.
Haa i started wondering what i did wrong, most likely timing, had to reopen the side cover to check the timing using different references and to me it looks ok.
Coupled second time, same thing no start.

Nigerian banks are quite disappointing,
I tried opening savings account for different banks online and at when i am to submit,
Gbam error.
Access bank own is something else
I have an acct, after formatting my phone i cant seem to log in,
Tried all sort of things but to no avail.

Imagine opay, palmpay or kuda having issues where customers cant open acct remotely even when all the data you need is complete.
Wish companies accept this online banks as salary account.
Because when you have problems with them its easily solved remotely.

See what troubles me!

I listened to our nation's appeal court judges deliver Judgement on the 2023 presidential election on live television.

I listened so carefully but never heard the words/phrases about 'electoral integrity', 'transparency', 'due process', 'rule of law', 'electoral system', patriotism, etc.

It got me worried that this is the type of judicial system we are bequeathing r
to our kids and the generation unborn.

I keep hearing supposedly educated minds talk about building bridges to win elections. Words like smart politicians, building bridges are what i hear. I don't hear service, I don't hear the people, the future, patriotism, etc. I begin to wonder why we are not emphasizing building institutions that guarantees that every Nigerian can aspire to become whatever they choose to be, our kids doesn't need to build bridges,- they need functional institutions, systems that work.

If you think you won, congrats 👏, but the nation in us dies slowly and, slowly we are all left to cheat, kill and eat one another, just like back to the hobbesian state of nature.

What then did Tinubu really win,
our hearts, our loyalty, a united Nigeria, our love, our patriotism or what?
