L'accord sur la fin de la guerre en Iran n'est pas la fin du calvaire du peuple iranien, c'est malheureusement l'assurance de sa prolongation.

Dès demain, le régime des mollahs disposera de nouveaux moyens financiers pour poursuivre la répression des Iraniennes et Iraniens courageux qui, un jour, descendront à nouveau dans la rue.

Il continuera à vouloir détruire Israël et à financer le terrorisme dans le monde et, chacun le sait, qu'il ne renoncera pas à ses ambitions nucléaires.

Se réjouir de la fin de la guerre car cela est bon pour le marché du pétrole dans le monde est une chose. Mais réhabiliter à cette occasion le régime iranien et oublier la répression féroce qu'il a menée contre son propre peuple en est une autre.

Les guerres doivent bien entendu avoir une fin. Mais l'Histoire nous invite à la modestie face à des accords dont les dictatures et les regimes autoritaires savent toujours tirer parti.

Face à des tyrans, les démocraties n'ont pas le droit de baisser la garde.

Nous devons continuer à soutenir la résistance civile iranienne.
