@PairEyewear just got my second pair of glasses from you folks, loved my first ones. The ear piece on these ones however has a small wiggle and no amount of tightening the screw is fixing it. Tried to do customer service chat but Maryanne kept giving solutions to other problems
I love my glasses and want to make it work but there is clearly a problem with them that you folks need to fix and shutting me down for asking for that is not appropriate.
Like getting ear hooks or how to stop them squeaking which they aren't doing. I asked to speak to someone else because I felt she wasn't listening (due to her giving advice on problems other than the one I was having) she closed the chat and somehow locked me out of it.
@amyisquitebusy I'm glad of that though surprised. Our main struggle with dinner is I will get a plate and sit down, my son will get a plate and sit down, my husband will get a plate and then stand in the kitchen eating it and I have to remind him to walk the 20 feet and come sit
@amyisquitebusy Sometimes there is so much other stuff that the little thing happens to be the last straw... I may or may not have gotten close to crying last night when my husband and son stole a couple of my croutons off my salad
