Staffordshire County Council, run by Reform UK, has reported a record month for pothole repairs.

An impressive 5,067 road defects repaired in September alone, more than double the figure for September last year.

Civil servants working at the heart of Britain’s immigrationsystem volunteered with a charity that helped adult migrants posing as children to enter Britain.
Home Office staff spent two days in February with Care4Calais, a British asylum charity that separately tried to persuade judges that balding and wrinkled asylum seekers were children.
The visit was organised by the Public and Commercial Services Union (PCS) as part of a campaign to give asylum seekers in the Channel the same rights as Ukrainian refugees.
