There's a good reason THORChain's being smeared online after the recent exploit: symbolism.
The protocol has become the symbol of permissionless finance.
When it dared to try to resist censorship, it painted a massive target on its back. Now, people who champion permissioned protocols are piling on, because permissionlessness is a threat to them.
And yes, even architects of other permissionless protocols are joining in out of pure envy.
THORChain is technology filled with innovation and genius, flaws and mistakes. But, like it or not, in this moment it represents much more than just itself.
Stand with the THORChads, not because you like them, but because right now, they're at the front lines of the war for freedom.

Loving the idea of using custom concentrated liquidity ranges and limit orders as collateral on @RujiraNetwork. With CCL ranges; potentially earn fees whilst your capital works, soften single asset collateral exposure and potentially let yield offset borrowing. Here for it 💪
Very grateful for this tool! Awesome way to manage liquidity ahead of lots of new chains, changes and features coming to @Maya_Protocol & @THORChain let’s go!!!
🧵 MWM Recap: v129 + Cardano + what’s next
Cardano is rolling out on Mainnet core upgrades are shipping and the next phase is already taking shape.
Here’s what went down 👇
⚙️ Cardano rollout - what’s actually happening
• ADA already passed testing on Stagenet
• Now rolling out on Mainnet (gradually)
• Activating validator by validator
• Debugging daemon quirks in real conditions
👉 In simple terms: This isn’t a “launch and done”, it’s a controlled rollout to avoid breaking things
🧠 Why it feels slower (but it’s not) On Stagenet everything worked because:
• Same setups
• Controlled environment
• Near-perfect coordination
But on Mainnet:
• Every validator is different
• The network is unpredictable
• Coordination isn’t perfect
👉 So you start seeing:
• Bugs that didn’t exist before
• Small desyncs
• Weird edge cases
🧩 How it all connects
That’s why the process looks like:
activate → detect → fix → repeat
Not because it’s broken, but because this is where things actually get tested.
⏱️ Realistic timeline
Today → Wednesday → fully rolled out Assuming each fix doesn’t uncover a new edge case (which is normal)
🧠 Why this matters:
This is what separates something that works from something that’s ready for production anyone can pass testing but the real challenge is working when:
• Validators differ
• Conditions aren’t controlled
• Real value is moving
👉 That’s what’s happening right now 🔧
v129 — what’s actually shipping
(not just features… this is core infra evolving)
• Validators can now bond using CACAO units
• Rebonding within the same node is now possible (more flexibility)
• LPs receive compensation for the v127 fee bug
• Pending Radix payouts are fixed
• Improved dynamic fee multiplier
🧵Streaming swaps upgrade
• Sub-swaps are now queued by size → fairer execution → less advantage for large swaps
⚡ What this unlocks (this is where it hits UX)
• Potential to lower block times
• Faster swaps
• Better execution
• More competitive performance vs other chains 🧪
Early alpha
• Kaspa integration → already being explored 👀
• More chains under evaluation
• New experimental project in progress (early stage) Next phase already loading

This upcoming MwM is a special one 🚀
After some time away, @itzamnadev is back to walk us through version 127 and some updates.

Moved my main bags into @vultisig this month and lowkey relieved no seed phrase panic, vault-shares across devices, and actually being able to interact with contracts from the extension felt wild
made a 2-of-3 for daily ops then linked a @vultisig vault for co-signing on phone
Want yield but hate choosing pools? Enter The CACAO Pool 🍫
How it works:
🔹 You deposit $CACAO.
🔹 The protocol routes it to whatever pool needs liquidity.
🔹 You earn yield from the entire protocol's volume.
Is your CACAO working for you yet?
Maya Protocol just processed a $200k swap through a pool that is $10k deep! The slippage was only 0.45%! It took 23 hours though, haha.

If ZEC privacy ever felt like magic to you,
here’s the behind-the-scenes you were missing. ✨
Private in, private out, cross-chain without the oversharing.
Thank you, @AaluxxMyth, @itzamnadev & @Maya_Protocol Team/Devs.
Amazing demonstration of a friendly fork with a philosophy of cross-protocol redundancy and resiliency.
Maya found a bug affecting UTXO chains on legacy @THORChain code.
Maya responsibly disclose to THORChain… AND submitted the patch as well!
Result: TC halted those chains, pushed patch update, majority of nodes adopted, then TC unhalted… all within 7 hours!
