@Ryanair We did everything required to check in online, but your website repeatedly failed. Then we were forced to pay at the gate because of an issue on your end. Charging customers for your own technical problems is unacceptable!
@Ryanair First your website failed and we were charged at the gate. Then we booked a rental car through your platform and weren’t informed that an International Driving Permit was required. We found out only at pickup. Costly mistakes and poor customer experience all around!

@airfrance I’m dissappinted with the equipment on your flights! You would think an international flight would have functioning seats. Nope! I sat there for 9hrs in an upright position unable to recline and rest like everyone else on my flight. This is unacceptable!

@Starbucks really needs to get it together. They always mess up on my drink and never sound remorseful when I call to complain. For as much money as you charge, I expect my drink to Atleast be right!
So disappointed with @IKEAUSA for their HORRIBLE customer service. Call center Agent was very condescending and obviously wasnt listening to any of my issues 😡😡
@AmericanAir Well every time I travel With AA I ALWAYS have a problem. It was one delay after another and 4 different gate changes. That’s unacceptable.
