Liberal anti-development laws create a system of uncertainty, duplication, and red tape designed to kill major projects through death by delay. Mark Carney keeps those laws in place still today.

Investors won't build in Canada while projects face a cumbersome thicket of Liberal laws that the Liberals themselves admit block building -- no matter how many times Carney promises change will come.

Conservatives will repeal and reform Liberal anti-development laws like the Never Build Anything Anywhere C-69 and Shipping Ban C-48, to get major projects built by the private sector for the benefit of all Canadians.
