Today I filed another lawsuit against the U.S. government — this time under the Federal Tort Claims Act — for its unlawful actions against me. This suit is the continuation of the claim I filed against the government a year ago.

The government is trying to deport me without ever allowing a fair and impartial court to assess the merits of its retaliatory claims. We will force it to argue its corrupt case in a real federal court, not its own sham immigration court system in Louisiana. I've been clear from day one: I’m not a “foreign policy threat” whatever that means, and I never misrepresented any facts on my green card application. We'll prove this in court.

Next, I turn to Columbia University and its affiliates who must answer for their baseless smears, hostile discrimination, and blatant harassment. More on this very soon.

This has been getting almost no coverage, but deserves far more. Israel has destroyed the medical facilities in Gaza. Patients are dying daily. It will not let Gazans rebuild their hospitals and will not let them evacuate the patients either.

Yesterday, the Supreme Court, the supposed bastion of human rights in Israel once more rejected a petition to allow the cases in the most severe danger out after the State of Israel argued, based on shady general and "confidential" material that it was a security risk.

What kind of risk are children with cancer? Old women with failing livers? Are they serious? The court has postponed future hearings on this matter until December when it will likely punt again. They are just waiting until all the patients die.

Make no mistake. The supposedly "liberal" Israeli Supreme Court is a handmaiden of genocide. They just speak nicely about it and hide their intentions. But a court with any decency would save the lives of cancer patients and others dying without care.
