Commentators just said there were 1600 more HRs this year over last year. A HR record was just tied set in 1995. Strike zone is smaller. Pitchers have to dang near throw it down the middle. Preparing for pitchers has always been a thing. @NCAASoftball you have to make a change.

Amazing โ25 HS season at the plate! I batted .500 with 11 doubles and 3 HRs over 37 hits. Ended with a .784 slugging percentage.
I currently hold the single season and career doubles record at Washington HS (WV).
Not the ending we wanted but,we fought hard the whole way!

Zoe Kesterson of Fury Platinum National Bacci (Washington HS (WV), Saint Francis University signee) delivered a dominant performance against a rival powerhouse team on Friday evening. The future Red Flash threw a 5.1 shutout innings while allowing just 3 hits, striking out 8, and issuing no walks. She also contributed at the plate, blasting a triple that led to the winning run and tying the school record for career doubles with her 28th. #platinumproud
