Great to visit Coalinga again yesterday, part of the new #CA18! I had some wonderful conversations with city leaders to hear about Coalinga’s priorities and how we can work together to deliver results.

Yesterday, the Court ruled in our favor:

“It is hard to conceive how it would be ‘easy’ or ‘easier’ to vote if a voter has to take the extra step of either bringing government- issued identification when voting in person or search for their government-issued identification and supply the last four digits if they vote by mail.”

Vote NO on Prop 39 to uphold accessible voting for ALL Californians.

Yesterday, the Court found that Prop 39: 
🗳️ Will NOT make it easier for Californians to vote. 
🗳️ Will make voters' personal information "less private and secure." 
🗳️ Would cost state taxpayers up to hundreds of millions of dollars each year.

Prop 39 would block citizens from casting a ballot unless they write the last four digits of their Social Security number, driver’s license number, or other government-issued identification number on the outside of their mail ballot or hand over their government-issued ID in order to vote in person. Trump publicly supported the measure in January 2025 shortly after it launched.

No on 39 - Block Election Rigging challenged the YES side's claims on 5 counts; in each case, the court found that the MAGA proponents of Prop 39 made false and/or misleading claims.

In a ruling this afternoon, a Sacramento judge threw out "false and misleading" claims made by the Donald Trump-backed Prop 39 voter suppression campaign in the state's voter guide.

The court found that, contrary to the MAGA proponents' claims, Prop 39 would likely make it harder for Californians to exercise their constitutional right, reduce voter privacy and security, and cost state taxpayers up to hundreds of millions each year to administer.

Donald Trump and MAGA activists are trying to rig the election by creating even more barriers to vote.

This is a pattern of nationwide attacks on voter rights – but California won’t stand for it.

Ossoff: Last September, the President of Kazakhstan calls Donald Trump and says he wants to grant tungsten mining rights to an American company. And the very next month, Eric and Don Jr. get a stake in the American company pursuing the mining deal.

Six days later, six days after Prince Eric and Prince Don get their stake, Kazakhstan announces this company will get, “The largest known undeveloped tungsten resource in the world.” A few more weeks go by, and then the U.S. government, run by their father, sets aside 1.6 billion of your tax dollars to fund and finance their mining project.
