@Se_Railway Why have trains now come to a total standstill at Tonbridge when the lines are supposed to have reopened?

@Se_Railway if the 18.38 from London Bridge through Ashford Int is religiously 10+ mins late, would it not be sensible to reflect that in the timetable to give clarity on when the train will actually arrive, reduce passenger stress and wait time and to save you with delay repay?

@Se_Railway any explanation as to why the 18.38 from London Bridge to Headcorn was not only 16 mins late leaving - again- but it’s now no longer stopping at any stations between Paddock Wood and Ashford Int, meaning a train load of people have ultimately been kicked off the train

@ArrivaKent Absolutely awful service and serious lack of information. Nothing on your website or app to explain timings of the buses or the stopping points, with both the site and app showing services running as normal, which they absolutely haven’t been all day. Then no response in 4 hrs!
