Then I went and got the @DrBeef VR Quake 3 port from SideQuest. A few more polish issues with the process, but the gameplay is great! On the second demo level, after working over a crowd of bots with the rocket launcher, I literally chortled with delight 😀

I had some VR discomfort after a couple rounds, but the experience was memorable! I really wish @idSoftware would support an official version in the Quest store. I would be willing to pay a reasonable license fee up front to make it happen if there is interest.
