>Me, a non-English-fluent dude, tried voice-acting female characters to get the timing of the animation
>They all sound like old guys now
It sounds horrible. I can't wait to replace these with actual VAs...

Koei Tecmo has confirmed a new body-shape feature for Atelier Caria: The Kingdom of Night and the Guiding Star of Memories.
Caria’s body can change throughout the game, including becoming noticeably more “curvy” as her adventure progresses.
Players will be able to:
-Turn the body-shape changes ON or OFF
-Lock Caria’s body shape to a preferred setting
-Let the changes happen during normal gameplay
Koei Tecmo says the feature will be available as part of the game itself
If you genuinely love Blue Archive, I think you should read this before deciding whether to support Astrae Oratio.
I understand why people are interested in it. The character designs are appealing, the production looks polished, and the first CBT impressions have been fairly positive about the presentation, story and combat. Several of the people behind it were also once important creators on Blue Archive.
But if Blue Archive actually matters to you, then the history of the people behind Astrae Oratio should matter too. This isn’t simply a story about developers leaving Nexon and making another game.
Korean employees described attempts to bring more staff with them, poor handovers and preparations for another project before the departures were complete. More seriously, Nexon later said its investigation found signs that members of the group had made concrete plans to harm Blue Archive’s future development and live service in order to help their own project succeed.
Only a few months after Dynamis One was formed, Project KV was already being shown with voiced promotional material, original music, multiple characters, backgrounds and an established setting. Considering how little time had passed, people naturally started questioning how much of it had already been prepared before the studio officially existed.
For many Japanese players, Project KV was the first time they became aware that anything had happened. In Korea, the controversy surrounding those departures had already been building for months.
The situation eventually became even more serious with MX BLADE, a confidential Nexon project that several future Dynamis One members had worked on. Its exact purpose was never publicly revealed, but its connection to Project MX has led to long-standing speculation that it may have been related to Blue Archive’s future, possibly even as a spin-off or prequel connected to Hyakkiyako and Kuzunoha. Given everything that happened afterwards, we may sadly never know what that project was originally supposed to become, or what Blue Archive may have lost with it.
Nexon said its investigation found signs that core information from MX BLADE had been taken before those employees resigned. Police later searched Dynamis One, and the case eventually reached prosecutors.
So even if Astrae Oratio turns out to be a genuinely good game, I don’t think that should be the only thing a Blue Archive fan considers. If you really care about BA, you should at least know what happened before deciding whether these are people you want to support again.
The next post goes into what was happening inside Blue Archive before the departures, what Korean employees said about the group, and what Project KV revealed afterwards. 👇
Nexus banned a mod that replaces the Pride flags in the game.
The mod replaces the artwork for all 20 included Pride profile entries with the
game's existing Dad's Home poster artwork. It covers small and large emblems,
banners, and banner previews (84 texture assets in total).
The creator says it was banned for “discriminatory content” and argues that all they did was replace the textures with something “a little more wholesome”.
You gotta admit the double standards in Nexus Mods, it’s so funny that they selectively ban and censor what they want. If it were the reverse with Pride flags, they would allow it.
