XD "they" is only for a group of people, at least in pretty much every other language, so it still doesn't make sense.
You can say that about clove but my point stays where the OP calls jett a transgirl and neon a lesbian when they have never been even remotely confirmed as so
@Zora_022@solarisms_ 1. the singular they is older than both she and him
2. clove has never been referred with anything other than they
3. you’ve defo used the singular they before “who left their backpack here?”
4. get woke or k1ll yourself im so serious
@cynawk I would rather have different words and terminologies made for someone who's gender is unknown and for a group of people, so that the confusion and annoyance of having the same word for both wouldn't exist.
@sandi_spaguetti No, she's not trans because she just isn't. Riot has never confirmed so and you know how they are when it comes to let people know about their character's sexualities.
Just because they see things differently, is that the example you want to give? Aren't you guys the victims who get insulted and told to kill themselves every day? Why are you doing the same thing you hate being done to you? Bigot.
3- I've only "they" just to be "accepted" within the english speaking people and only when it's really needed, i try to never use it for a singular person since, again, it's meant for a group of people
And last but not least, you're a BIGOT telling others to kill themselves
@solarisms_ You say jett is trans and Neon is a lesbian but the moment someone calls clove a she/her because "they/them" is meant for a group of people and clove is a singular human being you get annoyed? 😭
