Manipulation again. The constituent peoples do not exclude anyone, but the Constitution which was supported by the US, UK, Germany, EU, Russia. ECHR judgments do not at all seek the abolition of the rights of the constituent peoples, but the enabling of the rights of minorities

Several judgements at the European Court of Human Rights ruled the Dayton constitution as discriminatory. The 'three constituent peoples' excludes substantial numbers of Bosnians, reflected in the recent elections where 60% abstained. Hardly a ringing endorsement for politicians

Dayton does guarantee the equality of the three constituent peoples.
ECHR rulings (Sejdić-Finci etc.) address discrimination against “Others” excluded from certain offices — they do not revoke or challenge the equality of Bosniaks, Croats and Serbs. Different things.
