In order to get the AI models to lean left the AI labs have to literally train it on lies over and over and over again with reinforcement data sets that they paid some third-worlders to document for 10 cents an hour. Even this isn't enough and they must then layer additional steering instructions on top to force the model to not state obvious patterns that any rational human can spot. Not too different than them having to spend trillions of dollars propagandizing the public for decades in order to have them believe in the lie.

This is one of the smartest things I've read in a while. It is written the opposite of the way that I write.

I would say:

Most women in law are not able to understand the basics of justice.

Women, even women who are lawyers and judges, usually struggle with the difference between justice and nurture.

Men in law look at two opposing parties and judge the cases they present according to the rules of procedure.

Women in law look at two opposing parties and feel pity for the one they think is at a disadvantage (needs nurture). This makes them feel invested in a good outcome for the weaker party, or the "baby." (DESERVER)

Women also usually fail to see justice as a hostile contest between opposing points of view.

"We are not two separate parties; we are one big family, and we should all want everyone to be happy and safe! :)"

If a woman in law cannot transcend these family instincts, she violates the basic principle of "nemo iudex," meaning that no one should judge a case if they desire a specific outcome in that case. Instead of seeking justice, they will seek personal satisfaction (my baby won!).

She also violates "audi altereram partem," meaning that no one should be judged by someone who refuses to listen to their story (we've heard enough from PRIVILEGED WHITE MEN!).

You may recognize the absence of these principles in what we have been calling "cancel culture."

"Believe all women!" Remember that one?

That means "I want the woman to win" (DESERVER) and "don't listen to the man," all packed up into three neat little words!

Now, replace "woman" with "the party I feel bad for," and "man" with "the party I don't care about."

"I want the [DESERVER] to win! Don't listen to the [PRIVILEGE]!"

It should now be much more clear why the law has become increasingly lenient on criminals in recent years.

This is what I call "kindergarten mommy" consciousness, and it is severely corrosive to criminal justice. The courtroom is not a kindergarten or a family, it is a substitute for violent conflict between parties that absolutely do not consider each other family.

In other words, most women in law end up treating criminal justice proceedings like a fight between their own children.

If you buy something over $10,000 in cash, the transaction is reported to AUSTRAC.

If you fail to file a personal tax return, the ATO can pursue you for penalties.

If you are a company director and you don't lodge annual accounts, ASIC can prosecute you.

If you accept a gift over $300 in a private-sector role, in most Australian companies you have to declare it.

If you are a public servant, you have to declare gifts, hospitality, conflicts of interest, and secondary employment.

If you are a charity, ACNC requires you to lodge an Annual Information Statement including your donor income.

If you are a small business, you have to file a BAS every quarter and reconcile it against your GST records.

If you are a member of the public wanting to know who paid for the political party you vote for, well, that's more complicated.

Donations under $16,899 don't have to be disclosed at all.

Donations through custodian-held companies don't have to name the beneficial owner.

Donations through trusts don't have to name the beneficiary.

Party-owned investment vehicles can channel money in circular flows and only the net position appears on the donor register.

Approximately 1,100 large proprietary companies were exempt from lodging financial accounts with ASIC from 1995 until August 2022, including ten Pratt-group entities.

Political parties are exempt from FOI. Their internal fundraising records, business forum membership lists, and preselection donor lists are not accessible under any transparency mechanism available to a citizen.

Every rule that applies to ordinary Australians in their commercial and civic life exists because Parliament decided transparency and accountability were important enough to require it.

Every carve-out that applies to political parties in their political-finance life exists because the same Parliament decided transparency and accountability were less important than parliamentary convenience.

One rule for you. One rule for them.

Jo Nagai was raising swallowtail butterflies at his home in Kobe, Japan, when he noticed something odd. The ones he had looked after as caterpillars seemed to recognize him. Wild butterflies fled. His didn't.
He was in second grade. He wrote a four-page letter to Dr. Martha Weiss, an entomologist at Georgetown University who had studied whether moths could retain memories through metamorphosis. He asked if she could help him design a version of her experiment for butterflies.
She said yes.
Using a muscle therapy device, Jo trained caterpillars to associate the scent of lavender with a mild vibration. When the caterpillars became butterflies, 70 per cent of them still avoided the lavender. Their brains had been completely rebuilt during metamorphosis. The memory survived anyway.
Then he bred them.
The offspring, which had never been trained, also avoided lavender. So did their grandchildren. Without ever experiencing the vibration, two generations of butterflies inherited an aversion to a scent their grandmother had been taught to fear.
Jo documented it all in a 33-page research paper and presented his findings at the International Congress of Entomology in Kobe in 2024. He was 10.
A second grader wrote a letter to a Georgetown professor, and together they found evidence that butterflies can pass memories down through generations.

2/5 — THE EIGHTEEN-YEAR GATE

In 2006, Australia built its defence against money laundering. Banks in. Casinos in. Remitters in. Lawyers, accountants and real estate agents, the professions that move property, form companies and hold client accounts, were promised for the next tranche.

The next tranche took eighteen years.

In 2008 the government suspended it. In 2012 it stalled again, and here I’ll quote the Queensland Law Society’s own published history of what happened: it “met resistance from the legal profession and stakeholders generally and stalled.”

Their words, on their website. In 2015 the global financial crime watchdog, FATF, failed Australia on exactly this gap and put us on enhanced follow-up, one of the last advanced economies without the rules.

While the gate stood open, the government’s own agencies counted what walked through it.

AUSTRAC told a Senate inquiry that in 2020, Chinese interests alone laundered more than one billion dollars through Australian real estate. In one year.

The AFP told the same inquiry that of the $187 million in assets it seized in 2021, $116 million, 62 cents in every dollar, was real estate.

The Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission told the same inquiry that lawyers, accountants and real estate agents act as professional facilitators of laundering. And at that same inquiry, the Law Council argued there was “insufficient evidence of the need” for the reforms.

The honest other side. Neither party is clean here, Labor promised it, suspended it, and finally legislated it in 2024; the Coalition held office for nine years in between and didn’t move it either.

Most lawyers and agents never laundered a cent, and the reform is now law: 80,000 businesses came under the rules two weeks ago.

But ask why it moved in 2024 after eighteen years of not moving. FATF’s examiners are due back. The fix didn’t come when the billion dollars a year was documented. It came when the inspector scheduled a visit.

The explosion in gambling is an early warning sign of a dying civilization.

Young people have increasingly stopped investing in their future and started betting on it instead — embracing extreme risk (prediction markets, crypto, etc.) as the only way to get ahead.

This is what happens when traditional paths of success (like a stable career) seem to be falling away or only available to an ever-shrinking minority.

A rise in gambling was a feature of the dying Roman Republic. Horace wrote of the youth of his day:

"Now the noble's first-born shuns the perilous chase, nor learns to sit his steed: Set him to the unlawful dice, or Grecian hoop, how skillfully he plays."

Even back then, the traditional, noble, "manly" pursuits began to fall in popularity, to be replaced by high-stakes risk-taking.

The gambling mentality is a symptom of very deep structural problems — a generation that is politically and economically dispossessed.
