@gdb What I love most is the seamless sync—capturing inspiration on my phone whenever and wherever it strikes, and having everything processed and ready by the time I get home!
@AnthropicAI From the US Air Force building a supercomputer with 1,760 PS3s in 2000, to banning Claude Fable 5 today. The US government's tech anxiety never changes, and their redundant approach remains exactly the same.
The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees.
The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance.
Access to all other Claude models is not affected.
We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible.

@AnthropicAI Banning foreigners from using Claude Fable 5? Is like the PS3 export restrictions in the early 2000s. They were terrified of gaming consoles being used for superweapons, but technology always finds a way. These physical walls are completely redundant and nothing but self-delusion
