Please look into App No: 3736509025 (HSR RTO). Approved on 30-12-2025 but stuck at "PRINTING/BIO-METRIC 1" for over a month. Grievances filed on Sarathi portal have also been ignored. This is a clear violation of Sakala timelines. Requesting urgent intervention.
